Where's my preview?
Your photo is on its way back to our lab where it will be colour corrected and uploaded for you to view. This process usually takes around 7-10 days but may be quicker.
You can still place your order online without a digital preview.

If your photo preview isn’t showing there’s no need to worry, it simply means that your photo is on its way to the lab and should be available to view in the coming days. In a rush? Go ahead and shop right away, there’s no need to wait for your photo preview.
If your photo preview was available to view online when you ordered, please visit www.tempest-download.co.uk and enter your 10 digit reference. You’ll then be able to download your image. If you weren’t able to view your photo preview when you ordered your download, please allow up to 7 days for your image download to be available at www.tempest-download.co.uk.

Your school will be able to help with this. On the day of the shoot, your school will have been given a CD from our photographer containing every image and the corresponding reference numbers. For data and child protection reasons, we will never save any photos under the child’s name.
Our photographers generally take two different styles of photograph: one traditional and one contemporary. The contemporary pose is a close view photo, taken at an angle to give a more detailed view of your child’s facial expression. This photographic style will almost always crop parts of the head/hair. The traditional photo is taken at a straight angle where you can see more of the subjects upper body.
The proofs you receive from the school show positioning of the pupils within the frame; please note these can not be altered.
Our skilled team will attempt to digitally amend this for you; this is successful in a large majority of cases. To request this service please complete the “contact us” form.
The backdrops for each shoot are selected from our range by your school. The colour you will receive on all prints ordered matches that of the proof and can not be amended.
